Germany - Magdeburg to Minden

The Wallon Church dates back to 1285 when work on the monastery for the Order of the Hermit Friars of St Augustine started. Construction of this Magdeburg church began in 1300 and centuries later a school was added. It survived the 30 Year War but suffered quite a bit of damage during WW11. It was renovated in the 1960s and retains some of its original artifacts eg the copper baptismal font from 1430.
